H2morrow
The project intends to establish a large-scale, diversified hydrogen market in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Key driver of the project is the existing gas infrastructure which can be repurposed for hydrogen transportation. More specifically, blue hydrogen will be produced by reforming natural gas imported from Norway. The resulting CO2 emissions will be stored permanently in geological formations at the Norwegian North Sea.
