The project involves a CO2 hub in Zeebrugge the operator of which will be Fluxys and a 1000km offshore pipeline the operator of which will be Equinor. CO2 will be collected from industries in Belgium and nearby countries and will be transported at storage sites at the Norwegian North Sea.
