C4 – Carbon Capture Cluster Copenhagen
C4 project is investigating the possibility to reduce the CO2 emissions in the metropolitan area of Copenhagen by 3Mt/yr. This could happen by capturing and storing or by capturing and exploiting (by converting it into green fuels) the large amounts of CO2 emitted from the power plants found in the area of Copenhagen. For this purpose, CO2 geological storage options are offered in the Danish North Sea.
