Floris van Hövell

Floris leads Shell’s EU advocacy on gas and hydrogen in Brussels since 2017. He has been a member of the IOGP EU committee since 2018. He joined Shell Government Relations in the Hague in 2012 as senior projects adviser, supporting various high profile upstream (and renewable) projects through the management of political risk. This built on his career as diplomat with postings in Washington, Buenos Aires, the Hague, and Brussels (EU rep). Floris is married and has three teenage children.
