CORY EfW plant

Cory aims to apply CO2 capture technology for the decarbonisation of Riverside 1, UK’s largest energy from waste (EfW) site, found on the banks of the river Thames (Belvedere, London Borough of Bexley). The CCS project intends to capture around 1.5 Mtpa CO2 by 2030 and ship the captured CO2 to subsea storage locations, through river Thames.
