HySkies
The HySkies project aims to demonstrate the integration at scale of the following four processes for the production of large scale synthetic sustainable aviation fuel (SAF): a) carbon capture from a waste-to-energy plant, b) hydrogen production via a 200 MW electrolyser, c) gas fermentation d) alcohol-to-jet (AtJ). The plant will produce around 82.000 tonnes SAF and 9.000 tonnes of renewable diesel per year.
