Martina Opizzi

Industrial engineer as educational background, Martina started her career at Eni in 2008 after four years of strategic consulting. During the 17 years at Eni, she gained extensive insight of the energy business across multiple domains. She started in the marketing
department contributing to the development of the gas and power retail business in a newly liberalized market.

She later joined the Office of the CEO, supporting top management on strategic projects for the group. Subsequently, she took on negotiation responsibilities within the upstream oil and gas business, spending approximately six years abroad in commercial and business development roles, first in Norway, then in Kazakhstan, and finally in Egypt, returning back to the headquarter in Italy in May 2020 when she was promoted as Head of Investor Relations. In April 2022, she was appointed Head of Business Development, Negotiations, and M&A at Plenitude,
Eni’s renewable energy development company. In October 2023, she has been promoted as Head of the North Africa and Eastern Mediterranean region for Eni.

In November 2025, she joined TotalEnergies to take the role of SVP Europe for E&P
